Aircraft boarding staircase or Airstair with people boarding

These are pictures of an Aircraft Boarding Staircase. The term airstairs is also used although strictly speaking an airstair is a smaller airplane passenger staircase built in to an airliner. Airstairs are however not usually present on larger airliners and the Aircraft Boarding Staircases is pictured below.

This is a closer view of the aeroplane boarding staircase. Passengers are entering the covered staircase which looks like tunnel. In the background is the airport and palm trees.

This is a view of the inside of the plane boarding staircase. Passengers are climbing the stairs leading directly into the plane. This staircase is not open unlike many others so as to protect the passengers from rainfall.
