These sketches are of two famous high-rise buildings in Mumbai, located at Nariman Point in South Mumbai. These buildings are Mumbai icons, and have been around for decades.
In the first image, the building on the left is the Air India building and the one on the right (sideways) is the Oberoi Towers Hotel building. Next to it, the shorter building on the far side is the Hotel Trident (belongs to the Oberoi group). The last high-rise building on the right of the image is an apartment building called NCPA Apartments, one of the most expensive piece of real estate in Mumbai. A small part of Marine Drive is visible in the picture.
The second illustration is a closer view of the Oberoi Hotel and NCPA apartments.
